Most difficult time I ever had getting a vehicle, along with their policy to not hold a vehicle even with a down payment makes for a very bad experience. To top it off they sold the vehicle the night before I was coming 2 and a half hours to come and get after being already approved for the loan. The salesman I was lucky to get took at minimum of 3 hours to call back if and when he did.
