Sent my vehicle for test and an issue to be fixed at Prestons GMSupercenter, charged almost 5 times the amount they originally told me for a diagnostic test. Would have had to pay it if I didn’t flip about it too. Also, how am I being charged while recall work is being done? That’s covered by GM. Brought my vehicle home and had a new issue the next day (dead battery). When I called the service department I was told “it was like that when brought in” by the manager. Really!?! Purchased a used 2017 GMC Sierra from them on 7/19/19 (over 2 months ago). Currently I have been without a truck for 3 weeks while it sits at another dealer for repair. Bought the truck with confidence because of a 3 month/3k mile powertrain warranty that was included. I have had multiple issues with the truck. Not very easy to work with when buying from out of state. Not very attentive to customer, basically poor customer service in sales / finance dept. Would and will not shop here again.

Took my car a chevy cruze on 11/19/18 to get some repairs of a light on the dashboard for the abs and traction control, they did a recall on my engine that left my car running terrible the car stutters,shakes and the acceleration is weak plus the engine,traction and abs lights are on and off while I'm driving. Took the car there today 11/28/18 to figure out what they did and they told me that it would be another 600 dolars repair so in a week it would be 1200 dolars. How is this possible? Many problems on many occasions.
I am only giving one star because i couldnt find an option to write a review without any stars. I went to this dealership in July after a car accident totaled my vehicle. Going in, I felt taken care of. It seemed as though they genuinely cared about me as a customer. I now know that was a lie. I was very disappointed at the lack of caring for lack of a better word about the issue withy pwer steering. Took car in for a couple old recalls and a steering issue which fell under a bulletin, I realize it is an older car and I am not a big money customer, but I did buy the car from Preston.I was basically told too many miles, they couldn't do anything for me..and would have to pay over 100 just for a diagnostic...this is a well known safety issue involving g recalls of thousands of cars, would think they would at least b... read more
I purchased a 2009 Mazda CX-9 from Bill Hudson, at Preston Mazda in Boardman Ohio, picked the car up on May 1. I loved that car, but I started noticing a few weeks later that car was jerking when going into gear, I thought maybe it was bad gas then a friend of mine told me it’s probably just the way it runs cause it all wheel drive.
