we had a great experience at Preston GM Superstore this past week. Anthony Verone was so knowledgeable and helpful. He had our best interest in mind. He spent time with us until we found the perfect car. There was no pressure, it was like we were hanging out with a friend. And Bobby Preston is not just the guy on the commercials. He was actively involved in our shopping experience and made sure we were well taken care of. The experience was exceptional.
I am someone that doesn't enjoy shopping for a car. I tend to do my research online. Many people will say the better deals are out of town but a chance online meeting connected me to Tessa Fairburn! Tessa took great care of me and made it a simple process. She understood my needs and what I wanted in my new car. I worked with Tessa she was great she helped me get into a brand new truck when I didn't think I'd be able to get into anything.. I drove about 45 minutes past a lot of other dealerships and I won't go anywhere else!!
Not a very good place to buy a car not very honest
Preston GM misguided a volunteer fire company on a purchase of a truck for service. The truck needed extensive service once it was delivered and Preston GM refused to assist. I would think twice about purchasing a vehicle from a dealership who neglects repairs before purchase. This is not acceptable. Especially when you knew this purchase was for a public safety organization. SHAME ON YOU.

Besides the sales “techniques “ of hiding issues until it’s sold, and then telling you it’s your problem now, even if it isn’t. Service is trash, vehicles are trash. Shame on them!
