My car had an engine light on, then took it to Preston said it was my cultivator( piece on my transmission) went to take it home and couldn’t make it back home drove it back. They said my transmission is blown and I need a new one. They did not want to take any acknowledgment they messed up my transmission on a 18 chev equinox. Since 1996 I have purchased 6 vehicles from Preston motors. In the last month I’ve learned customer loyalty means NOTHING. To anyone I have recommended Preston Motors over the last 28 years I apologize. I will never take my care there for service again. If I have a warranty issue I will take it to another dealership. Sales man we dealt with 4 years ago was great!! Our pickup currently under extended warranty still has shut off now twice and left my spouse and kids stranded. My husband a mechanic himself replaced an electronic after the first time. We thought it was good. Shut off again on a Sunday! Had to have it towed due to NO POWER!!! Did they check the grounds (nope), wiring harness (nope)!!! Service won’t do a proper diagnostic because there is “no active code” showing!! Ridiculous!!! Highly recommend Justin at this dealership. Would never recommend T.B. My elderly mother needed to turn in her lease and get a new car. The first time we went…not a soul helped us. Don’t buy a 100K vehicle and have the engine blow 3 times. Zero help “too much paperwork”. Absolute joke. This is why you don’t buy GM it’s not what it used to be and the service is terrible.

ungodly prices to have filters change $501 is ridiculous
some of the employees are the rudest people!!! we got a private loan to purchase our truck, gm wouldn't take it from our loan company..we went to drop off the check and told it was more money ...then the person who was" helping" us blamed us and call us some names as we left!!! he followed us out of the building swearing at us... if you like being treated like crap go to them!!!
Got a coupon to get a oil change for $29.99. Called for an appointment. They could not get me in by January 31. The girl told me come in on feb 1st. We will honor your coupon. But if they use more than five quarts of oil, I may have to pay a little more. I said that is fine. When my husband picked up my car the guy told him that coupon is no good and charged him $62.60. The guy gave him back the coupon and my husband threw it in his garbage can. Thank you for the wonderful service Prestons.
