So very disappointed Received a phone call from Bobby because I was on the customer loyalty pull ahead list. Called him last Wednesday and again today..... no luck. Went in and saw Cody. Have made 5 phone calls and left messages on hid voice mail. Never heard back from him.... no luck. Guess I will take my business else where. Was looking to lease a Malibu this month.

Preston, your one stop shop! unbelievable service and staff! Everyone was great at Preston. By far the best experience we have had!!! Cody Stephens, Jordan Hall and the entire staff were excellent and friendly. The deals are unbelievable!!! I recommend to anyone!
unprofessional I had an appointment to look at a Chevy Cruze. I emailed and texted the guy I was supposed to meet. never an answer. he texted me 30 mins before my appointment, to ask if I was coming in. of course, I said. he then told me he wouldn't be meeting me, someone else would. 15 mins before my appointment.
