Was in the process of negotiating with Danny FINALLY after being jerked around for weeks by Bryan. Left a message for Danny that we were close and was planning on coming down (1 1/2 hrs one way) the next day. They call 5 hours later to tell me they sold the car.. ARE YOU xxxxx KIDDING ME. I guess the other guy was willing to pay more. HORRIBLE DEALER TO DEAL WITH.
Poor Customer support 2019 Cadillac purchase had no owners manual. With weekly calls&texts since 12/8/2019, not able to provide manual.Call salesman Nick numerous times. Called Jamie,no return call to date. Was told it was 'in the mail', 3 times. I'm sure after almost 4 months they don't care. Something so simple should not be so hard, yet, no customer support. So very disappointed Received a phone call from Bobby because I was on the customer loyalty pull ahead list. Called him last Wednesday and again today..... no luck. Went in and saw Cody. Have made 5 phone calls and left messages on hid voice mail. Never heard back from him.... no luck. Guess I will take my business else where. Was looking to lease a Malibu this month.

Preston, your one stop shop! unbelievable service and staff! Everyone was great at Preston. By far the best experience we have had!!! Cody Stephens, Jordan Hall and the entire staff were excellent and friendly. The deals are unbelievable!!! I recommend to anyone!
unprofessional I had an appointment to look at a Chevy Cruze. I emailed and texted the guy I was supposed to meet. never an answer. he texted me 30 mins before my appointment, to ask if I was coming in. of course, I said. he then told me he wouldn't be meeting me, someone else would. 15 mins before my appointment.
