Preston Motors was excellent. All the employees (salesmen, receptionist and financial assistants) were very polite, friendly and easy to work with. They truly went out of their way to accommodate in all areas that I was looking for in trade-in, purchase price and auto that I wanted. I would highly recommend them.

All of the staff was courteous. I appreciated the respect and help they gave me when no other dealership would. They stayed late until I was in a reliable vehicle suitable for me. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle.

All of the staff at Preston Motors were welcoming, friendly, and helpful during my car buying experience. Since this my first experience buying a car on my own, I was both excited and nervous about the experience. But Brandon Ferrari and Bobby Preston, the two staff members I worked with primarily, were very knowledgeable and helpful. They were able to work with my family and me to find the best possible way of making sure I would be able to drive my new (but used) car off of their lot. When my wife and I were looking to purchase a new vehicle we had three vehicles in mind. Out of the three the Toyota Sienna was at the top. The reason for me driving about an hour away from my house was because of Mr. Kustra. He always got back to me through emails. He answered all of my questions that I asked. I feel he was upfront with me on our vehicle that we later purchased from him but over all the experience of purchasing from the dealer was GREAT. I scheduled an appointment with Daniel Torsello. When I arrived, he handed me off to Frank. Frank was very nice and I did enjoy him. I still don't feel like finance officer tried to get me a lower finance rate. He started with me at 11% and then it went down to 10.99 and I was never told who it was financed with. I got that info from my insurance man the following day. If I was able to finance 18, 700 or so-why was I not able to get the Ford Escape that I wanted in the first place? I was extreamly satisfied with the working with Walt Kustra and Rob Preston, to find a deal that worked for all parties. Both were direct and did not waste time with haggling over price and trade allowance. I would have preferred a better interest rate on the loan terms and have since secured other financing. I would have appreciated the finance department working with me to pay off the original loan and recording the lien on the new loan.
