I am a 62 year old male and have purchased many, many new vehicles but never had such a pleasing experience. The salesman ( Ricki Ferrari ) was very eager to answer all my questions and took extra time to carefully explain the different vehicles. We had a great experience with Preston Motors. We purchased a new 2012 Toyota Sienna. John Setzer was really great in showing us the new vans and dealing with us online via email. The staff was great and even took the time to get us all set up even though it was near end of business on a Saturday. We appreciated that since we were coming from out of town and drove 2 hours to view their cars. We LOVE the new van! Thanks to John and Walt for being so great!

From the moment we stepped onto the lot our steps were lined up with God's plan. We were in need or replacing our vehicle, but were limited on finances.
