Mr. John Setzer was an excellent sales person from the first phone call to delivery. The condition of the vehicle was better than described on the phone or in the advertisement. I had a very nice experience with Brandon Ferrari at Preston Motors. Everyone was very friendly and made my son and I feel very comfortable. Brandon was very helpful in getting the deal done. We were not totally prepared to purchase a vehicle that quickly due to a cynical view of car salespeople in general. The dealership showed great flexibility in dealing with us in regards to our documentation. We looked at a few examples of their certified Rav4's on their lot. ive hated dealing with car sales all my life...but that was by far the best experience ive ever had with a dealership, my credit is not good and brandon made me and my son feel very comfortable..when its time for another car im coming to this dealership and hopefully i can deal with brandon again
