First time leasing experience Steve was a nice guy and easy to deal with. It was my first time leasing a car and he made it easy for me. I got the car I wanted at the price I wanted and was driving home in it the next day as it had to be delivered from another dealership. I would be happy to deal with these guys again in 3 years when my lease is up. Just watch out if the finance guy tries to up your price before signing the loan. I just stood my ground and he let it go.
First visit to dealership was for a test drive only, since my current lease on another brand had 2 months to go. Was greeted immediately by Renique and he spent a great deal of time with me even though he knew I intended to test drive several other brands and models over the next few weeks. This was my first time leasing a car on my own without my mother. I felt extremely comfortable with Dana. She treated me as if I was her own daughter. She was not pushy, and did not lose her patience with my million and one questions. It was a lengthy experience but at the end of the day I left with the right price and extremely satisfied. Excellent experience, I would recommend them to everyone. Very professional and courteous and I am very happy with my car. No pressure or gimmicks and the car was priced very well.
My wife and I had been shopping "off and on" for a new car for about 6-8 months and had finally decided on a Mazda 3 as the reviews were great and we wanted a car with a good record of long-term reliability.
