Excellent dealership Santa Monica Fiat has the most helpful & friendlest people I've seen at any car dealership. They go out of your way to make you feel comfortable. It's clean, all of the cars are spotless and it's easy to find & park. Rodney is always willing to answer whatever questions I might have about my Fiat. The front desk girls are very nice and Chuck is helpful as well.
Very nice people in service department Very nice people in service department. My check engine light came on and I just drove into the service department. My car was evaluated and repaired while I waited. They even washed it for me. Great People.
Super efficient in many ways This was one of two Fiat dealers in the LA area that I had narrowed down after doing an online search for the 500e I wanted. They were very flexible in terms of timing to accommodate my busy work schedule during the week, and I completed my new lease transaction in about 2 hrs. Service at Santa Monica Fiat is Fantastic! Rodney and his team always take care of me when I go in for service. My engine light went on this week, so I pulled into the service station with no appointment. They were all still their friendly, helpful selves and were able to assess the problem and fix it quickly that I still arrived at work on time. They are the best!
