Lakeland VW has always had top notch service and I will continue to buy and get my car serviced there; however, this time around there was some mistakes done by the technician, which I was able to fix on my own. The issue being the incomplete installation of the cabin filter. I would not have noticed if not for a plastic covering left in the glove box. Comfortable Welcoming, as soon as I entered, i was greeted and was helped out, and guided to where I needed to go for my service, got done in about 2 hours for an oil change and recall
