I recently had my 45,000-mile service on my 2022 Tiguan, and just ten days later, one of my engine coils went bad. I was understandably frustrated and called the service advisor to let her know about the issue. I ended up having my car towed from Tampa to Lakeland for repairs. Arrived at the dealership for the oil service and airbag recall. Everything from me calling in and setting up the appointment was easy and hassle free. I received notifications from the technician about suggested maintenance for my vehicle while it was being serviced. Once everything was done the vehicle was washed and brought out to me .

Arrived with no schedule appointment and they took my concern right away, I couldn’t program my key fab. They were able to find the issue and ordered another key fab, everything within an hour. Courtesy, and friendliest of service was provided
