Very smooth and honest The entire process was a very pleasant experience. Danny Gonzalez and Larry are exception in their professionalism and personality.
Comfortable Welcoming, as soon as I entered, i was greeted and was helped out, and guided to where I needed to go for my service, got done in about 2 hours for an oil change and recall
My service advisor was fantastic! The services (oil chg/tire rotation) took 2 hours, which is way too long, and the charge for tire rotation is ridiculous... $55??? Are you kidding? That's max $20, maybe $30 service, and that's pushing it. So unfortunately, I will not be back to your dealership.

Service and communication was great and timely, but had to leave without the car getting washed because there was a 30 minute wait for it.
