I have only had great experiences in my dealings with the service department at Lakeland VW. The trio within the service center of Katlyn, Ashley and Saul are very attentive, they keep me in the loop in regards to what will be done to my vehicle every step of the way.

Polite and friendly! But took longer than expected so I didn't get a courtesy car wash
