Took my Atlas in for a quick recall. Was in and out in approximately 25-30 min. And that was including a complimentary wash.

Ashley, I believe was the lady’s name who helped me, was excellent in taking care of a surprise issue that was found during a recall appt. She understood that this was my only form of transportation and resolved the issue with speed. All the while she made sure my double the original wait time was not going to keep me there miserable by supplying me a ride home. First time scheduling service for my case with Lakeland VW, Kaitlyn was very helpful from the get go. I explained what I needed she made some recommendations and even schedule a shuttle to make things easy easier for me. Throughout the whole process she was very informative and kept me in the loop of anything they found with the car. Very happy with the professionalism, great service by her and the team as well.
