Great experience. Everyone was very friendly and patient. Michelle was great and was very helpful not just with the sale but also with walking me through how maintenance appointments would work in the future too.

Lakeland Volkswagen Service Department did an excellent job with some complex repairs on my 2015 Jetta TDI. In addition, I was provided a loaner car, another Jetta, at no charge for several days, as service had to wait for parts to arrive. Through the years, they've always serviced my cars with exceptional skill, professionalism and courtesy.
