I visited other dealerships and that's the reason I'm at Lakeland. It's a friendly place always. Also there is a good restaurant across the street.

The only issue I have ever had was getting someone to answer the phone or return a phone call when I called to make an appointment. I got the voicemail, left a message and hadn't received a call for two days. Called again and was on hold forever. Called the next day and was finally able to speak with someone. Maybe it was bad timing, maybe the shop was super busy, I get all that. But not receiving a call after two days of leaving a message was a little off-putting.

Overall I think this is s decent dealership, someone similar to other dealers they try to sell you services that may or may not be necessary. Katlyn was great to work with this tone and communicate very well.

Everyone were very polite and accomodating. Even though the part won't be in until 2 months, I found the service lady reassuring.
