I originally brought my GTI in for a suction pump recall, and for a check up on my wheels. They found that the inner rim of each tire was damaged and the inner wiring was exposed. Since GTIs are rare for the area, they had to order the tires. I needed to leave my car at the shop because they recommended that I shouldn’t drive it home. However, they provided me a shuttle back to my house, which most dealers won’t do. Once the recall and tires were done (roughly 2 business days) I picked it up and drove it home. I took my car in without an appointment and they were very helpful, professional and prompt. They diagnosed in address, the problem quickly and Efficiently. They were able to work me into their very busy day and a timely manner. They kept me informed along the way I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
