Annual Servicing Started with the online scheduling, simple and easy to use. Able to pick the date and time I wanted. Arrived early and was taken right away, the actual work took an minimal amount of time and I was out the door and back cruising the roads. My advisor Lyndsay Baker took excellent care of me and was very professional.
Factory Part Recall I received part recall notice & called Lyndslay at Lakeland VW to schedule the work. Lyndslay provided me with a convenient appointment day and time. Work was done as promised and I was on my way.
Recall Very professional and friendly. This was for a recall. This is the 3rd recall for the Tiguan which is a little worrisome . But the car is great. And this time they were able to wash my car!

Great Dealership and Service Department. This dealership is one of the best I have ever delt with in my 50 years. They have a great new and used selection and the process of buying a vehicle was not a high pressure need to sell type atmosphere.
