Good people Our sales rep Hiram was good to work with. He found what we wanted and really seemed to listen to our needs. Friendly staff, really down to earth.
Great serivice Lyndsay, Jonathan and Brian are very good advisors. They always take care of my car without hesitation, they are very helpful and knowledgeable, also respectful . They treat me very good.
Service I went in to get my tire pressure checked and order a part that was broken on previous visit. Once I got home I realized that the tire pressure light would not go off by itself and they neglected to put the caps back on the valves stems. When I called they said that the light had to be reset and I would need to come back in. Since I have to go back to get the part ordered I needed to go back anyways but otherwise it would be inconvenient to have to go back to have it reset and get the caps for the valve stems.
Best Service Advisor!!! Lyndsay was my service Advisor, she definitely is a very professional person, very informative about the process and wait time . She also was very helpful in looking up the right tires for my car and provided recommendations. I can truly say Lyndsay is the best service Advisor I have had the opportunity to service my 2017 VW Jetta.

service visit I thoroughly enjoy coming to Lakeland Volkswagen, my vehicle was purchased at this location and I also have it serviced there. I recently came in for service and everything went perfect! I was greeted in a timely manner, updated throughout the service, and treated like a guest in their home.
