Can’t say enough great things about our Atlas purchase with Trey. He was quick to respond to my initial email and convinced me to finally get rid of my Toyota with 236k miles. Great Service! Brought our Atlas in for the annual service and left spending less that I thought going in and even got a coupon that I saw on the website which made it even cheaper. Dropped off and picked up with no issues and would recommend over other dealerships!

The most pleasant car buying experience I've ever had. This is our 3rd VW and this was the easiest, fastest and least stressful experience we have ever had. Our sales rep, Jeff was not only knowledgeable, he gave us a lakeside tour of the city for our test drive. We drove over an hour from Orlando to buy a particular model and color, but would drive again just for the experience.
Great Service Jonathan has been my service advisor the last couple times I’ve been in, but everyone over there is great. I’ve had nothing but problems out of my 2019 Jetta since I bought it, but the service department has helped make the situation bearable and I appreciate the help this particular dealer in Lakeland, Fl has done for us.
Tiguan the Black Sales Rep. was professional, and had a vast knowledge of vehicle. There was a good line of communication, impressed with strong follow-up with sale of vehicle. For as many cars as we have bought, that was unique.
