GOOD SERVICE, UNCOMFORTABLE WAITING AREA waiting area for service not comfortable. Only 2 padded chairs which were very old and uncomfortable. Have the manager sit in them and see what he thinks. I recently had another vehicle served at Berlin City Jeep in Berlin, NH. That was a model service area. They had 3 separate waiting rooms. He is so sincere and helpful that after trying other make and models and discount incentives, I returned again and again and bought the car thru him. Atlas Purchase Customer service was great and Hiram was an easy salesman that didn’t pressure us. Detail and prep of new vehicle was poor quality. The right rear tire pressure was 15 psi low and the left rear tire pressure was 10 psi low according to manufacture rating of 35psi. Sticker residue was still left on driver door of vehicle and bumper had sticker residue leftover that Hiram had to remove himself. Appeared that vehicle was only rinsed off then spray shine applied. New Beetle Convertible Our purchase of this car was quick and easy. We had looked at the car in the VW website so we knew where to find what we wanted. The price was right and the transaction went smoothly. We were surprised to find, when we finally paid for the car that perhaps we could have used our credit card for the entire transaction if we were willing to pay the credit card company charge. We would gladly have paid the charge rather than have to return to our home to get a local bank check.
