Lyndsay Baker My car has had various issues since purchasing it, so I have been frustrated. She was very helpful and also arranged for me to have a loaner while they worked on it. She did an excellent job and followed up with me to make sure everything was working.
Had what we needed The dealership was easy to work with. One of the sales reps (Trey) had a ton of knowledge of the car we were looking at purchasing, however others could not answer hardly any questions about the car. Please train your sales reps on each car you offer at VW. There aren't that many. It makes a huge difference on the impression of the car. Amazing service! Since the day I drove my car off the lot I have been given amazing service! My salesman, Corey, was extremely helpful and made sure I got the car I wanted. 2017 beetle aervice The only reason that I gave a 4 star, the service (oil change) took 2 1/2 hours, just too long to get the vehicle serviced.
