Pleasant The friendly folks at Lakeland VW are great to work with. They certainly make the car buying process much less daunting! It was great. We have naught 3 Cara from this dealership. It is always very welcoming and the salesman does not Waite your time. They are all so informative about the product. Finance manager is also great.

Highly recommend Our experience at Lakeland VW was excellent; the staff there are true professionals. Our Salesperson was Israel Gerena and he was a real pleasure to work with, was very detailed, answered all our questions and was very kind. Charles the Sales Manager was also a pleasure to work with. We would definitely buy another car from them and highly recommend.
Troubles Corrected I brought my VW up to have it re-evaluated for a problem I had been having. From start to finish, Lyndsay was there to help me and answer all of my questions. She always looks out for my best interests as a consumer and a person! I would recommend her to everyone!
Great dealership Our experience with Michelle, Jared And Jeff was excellent. They are all extremely honest and professional in their respective roles. On our first visit, Michelle was our salesperson and Jeff was the sales manager. Generally, when visiting a car dealership one must have their antenna up since the sales people are usually very aggressive, pushy and dishonest. Always a pleasure Never an issue at Lakeland VW! I went for an oil change. Lyndsay kept me updated the whole time, even called me several times to make sure I could get my car in time before they close. Strongly recommend them for any service needs!
