The Torturous Customer Our salesperson was, Michelle. My husband and I put her through all the twists and turns or narrowing down exactly which vehicle we were interested in and would be most happiest with for the foreseeable future. Always great Lyndsay and the service team always do a fantastic job! I always opt to wait on my car, and the wait is friendly and comfortable. They don’t leave me lingering longer than needed. Always great. All I had to do was have my tires rotated for the first time on my new vehicle, but even that was done quickly. I have a long time standing relationship with the service department staff and I’m always satisfied with the service. Dan Yerkes deserves mention in my reviews, also.
Nice experience Very nice fast and friendly made sure the vehicle was clean and ready to go I only had a short wait and explain the paperwork and no pressure.
Exactly what we needed! Team was extremely knowledgeable, not pushy, fast and attentive. We had gone to other dealerships with no success. So happy we made the trip to Lakeland VW, have been enjoying our new Atlas!!
