Deals on the website are false. The sales staff is rude and said “what is on the website does not matter.” Dealership is not clean (ketchup stains on the desk, ceiling is falling apart from water stain leaks). Limited vehicle inventory.

Attempted to purchase new vehicle from Frontenac Honda. Salesman was great to work with and I certainly had no problems during the initial purchasing process. One problem after another surfaced when the Finance Department became involved in the process. This Honda dealership is a perfect example of why Carmax and Carvana are getting so much business. My friend is a young and he was really taken aback when they wouldn't give him back his keys after evaluating his old car. They said, "Well, I thought we had a deal." This is a form of bullying and my friend was startled. His important keys like house and music studio etc. were on his keys. My overall experience was not satisfactory with Frontenac Honda. I bought a new car and trade in my used car. My car condition was good but still I got very low price.

Used car Sales Manager Tony was very Rude, Unprofessional and Racist. After the completion of my purchase which didn't involve him, he unprovokedly attacked me iwith profanity in the parking lot as my sales person was going over the car details, which led me to the office of the GM and the Owner of the dealership.. The excuse given was that he was initially angry with my salesman. Unexceptable!!!!!!!!

I have bought a lot cars at different places around st.louis but this place has been the worst place ever experienced they tell you price but dont honor it I would not do business with this dealership horrible experience scammers

April Garner Even though I am deaf we communicated using boogie board!! I came after work but should have made an appointment so I wouldn’t wait do long and worrying about my dog... She made me smile about my new car!!

Scammers, dishonest, and bait & switch! Avoid this place! Scammers! Def bait & switch used. Was told a price verbally and in text and both parties agreed upon and when I got into dealership and Michael Barnett started to write the deal up and enter into computer on the 2018 Honda Accord I was purchasing, I noticed the figure on the paperwork was Def not what we both agreed upon and when I brought it up to Michael he stated " oh your right. Dead on arrival (three times). My Civic was towed to this location because I could not start the car. I was told that the battery needed recharging because the map light was left on causing it to go dead. I was surprised to hear it because the car is used only by me and only to get to and from work. I never use the map light. The service advisor, Tom, called me saying that the car is ready to be picked up.
