❗️❗️❗️BUYERS BEWARE❗️❗️❗️ My Husband ordered a TRX from this dealership. Waited 5 months for it to come. The dealership was aware of HIS ORDER. Told them they would call him when it came in. It came in that Saturday and THEY DID NOT CALL HIM!! My husband called them on Monday and he was told they “accidentally sold it” on Saturday whenever it came in. To make it right they ordered him a new truck just to turn around and sell it right under him. VERY POOR Communication and VERY POOR customer service. Don’t waste your time and... read more

It’s beyond low to take an order for a customer. Make him wait, then sell it out from under him as he’s waiting on the vehicle. Back in 09 dodge had no problem taking the public’s money to save people’s jobs and livelihoods, but here we are years later sticking it to the same people who saved you. Honor the deal, don’t be shady. You sold over msrp to someone after promising him a price, you need to make it right. Bottom line, a customer who makes an order with a dealer in good faith, deserves the vehicle he waited for. Not ... read more

Horrible experience. We brought our van in and they assured us it would be fixed in 7-10 days. They kept pushing the eta back and back. So many times they told us they’d have the part in hand by so and so date. After a month we had to sell the car because of moving out of state. I much rather a company tell me I don’t know when the part will get here or tell us up front they’ve been having problems with parts coming in on time than being lied to in the hopes the part might show up. I will never buy a Chrysler again.

Not charge people $185 to tell them you don’t have time to troubleshoot or repair their vehicle. Especially when the customer is several states away from home.

Planned on buying a jeep 4xe here in the next week. Went to look at their inventory on Sunday while they were closed, so I dont get bothered by sales employees. Was approached by a very rude employee telling me to leave. Will be buying a 4xe from Carvana now.

The managers lie they buy and sell bs used cars. Even with a lifetime warranty they still won’t fix your car. They run your credit 20+ times to put you in a car. You will go in with a 650 and leave with a 540 just off how many times they run your credit. EVEN WITH A LIFETIME warranty they do not fix your car. I got my car in may 2022 engine light came on next day instead of trying to fix it they ran my credit 20+ more times just for me to still be in the same car. it’s so bad that they we’re supposed to order me a tail light... read more

Terrible place to buy a car. We bought my son’a first car there and they have sold us a bone dry oil tank and possibly have to replace the engine now! I would never recommend this place to my worst enemy! The timing is messed up Due to the oil being dry and while we were buying it, terrrible communication - basically no communication from the salesman.

Do NOT take your car here to be serviced. They will look at your warranty and tell you that most issues are covered, charge you $320 to run diagnostic testing and then tell you that your issues (car door electrical and check engine light due to gas tank) are actually not covered. They very clearly knew my issues weren’t covered with the type of warranty I have - as they proceeded to tell me that while I was checking out to pay for said $320. Absolute shady business. How do they feel about themselves charging people $320 simp... read more

I had a CONFIRMED scheduled service for an oil change & was told they needed the truck until 4:00 saying that all service is first come first serve. What’s the point of scheduling when the time is not honored & your time is not respected. We won’t be back. What’s shortsighted on their part (not that they care) is that this is a brand new vehicle & they had an opportunity to win a long term customer.
