Spent 33000 on a used Ram 2500. Had to drive from Nashville to Iowa. Got about 50 miles away only to realize that the heat doesn't work. They said they serviced the truck but they didn't. Warning lights about oil having no life left as well as fuel filters. They told me it was all done. Next, I lost over a gallon of oil in less than 500 miles. Oil is everywhere under the truck. Stay away from these crooks!

I said I would NEVER return after the remarks I received from an employer here last year. Well the warranty for the battery I purchased last year brought me back. My car wouldn’t start and I called to get insight on what I should do to get back up and running. It seemed like I was a bother when I called, but was told I would need to at least get it there (of course). The service department is a joke. I brought a dodge 5500 in for a grinding rear end. The first day they got the truck they called saying they have found the problem and the gears are damaged. Later that day they called and left a voice mail saying the rear end is not in the truck and we will not be able to pick it up today. (Hence they have started to work on it...) You’re better off taking your car to a zoo and letting monkeys fix your brakes than waiting 7 hours because these service “specialists” ordered the wrong parts. Also only getting two brakes done because they’re on back order. Oh and the worst part is that they didn’t even call to give updates.

This place is the absolute worst!! I made an appointment on Friday for a Monday MORNING appointment to just have my front brakes ONLY replaced at 10 AM. They told me it would be done in two hours....never heard from them. I called them and they said 330PM... the MANAGER told me this at least 3 times that they promise to have them done by 330... I get to the dealership at 4 and they said that they ordered the wrong parts and now we have to sit here until 5PM... what kind of operation are we running here?! Talk about HORRIBLE ... read more

Service is terrible and they try to take advantage of you. They never followed up with me, ever. Then the sales manager wanted me to place an order for a new car and refused to give me a value on my trade-in. Like I’m going to buy a vehicle without knowing how I’m going to pay for it. Franklin’s CDJR dealership did right by me, go there instead.
