my husband went in and ordered a part from them that was supposed to be in noon on Friday by noon for my Dodge. My wife has been wanting a new Jeep. We live in Clarksville didn't find anything. Drove to Nashville today to look went to the dealership cones were up. Guy came up and said they were closed, ok no big deal it's Sunday but my wife wants to look at the Jeeps and see what you have. Sorry we are closed you can't go on the lot good by. Called to have them do a job on one of my company trucks but just wanted to give me the run around. Asked for my dpf filter to be cleaned and that's it. They tried to tell me a whole list of things wrong with a 2016 truck. When I know for a fact and the screen on the dash even said exhaust filter 100% full, see dealer. Told me it would an hour and half two our job. Day and half later still haven't fixed or attempted. Quoted me a price of 259 dollars then later changed that and told me to just pick the truck up. I wish I could give negative stars! Took my 2014 Chrysler 200 in for service last week of August because it was getting to were I could barely turn my wheel. Tell them I need a new power steering pump. After a few hours they tell me nothing is wrong with my power steering pump and I needed an alignment and new tires. They charge me 140$ just to tell me that. I go get that done and the problem gets worst. I went to get a diagnostic done on my car and they told me they found the problem and then when I drove off the lot to my house the check engine light came back on so I took it back the next day bright and early and they tell me that the problem is a new one that they didn't see after I had already paid 115 for a diagnostic test and 500 for the repairs they tell me that I have to get 5000 worth of work done when they said they fixed the problem! Don't buy a vehicle from them. The service department is a joke. They are a bunch of liars. I will be taking my business to Rocky Williams.
They are nice, quick and convenient but they are the only dealership that tries to get me to replace the cap on my oil filter (for almost twice the cost of what I can get the part for myself from mopar). No other dealership even mentions it. This is twice now that they have brought it up and I've been to another dealer in between.
Not exactly please with it, but not entirely dissatisfied either
