I wish I could give zero stars. This was the absolute worst Customer service I've ever experienced. I bought a brand new jeep Cherokee from this place and discovered several months later that a plug had been put into the side of my tire. Jeep took no responsibility for it even though it was the only place my car could have received the plug. They told me they would not replace the tire and it wasn't their fault. Terrible service. Same here my wife took her car to get the "free service" and waited over an hour. They informed her that they "forgot" to put her work order in. Seems like we aren't the only ones who have experienced negative results. Just noticed this past weekend there was a plug in the tire. We KNOW it was purchased this way and yet it wasn't mentioned to us during the buying of the car. The managers there are pathetic and extremely rude. Went to get my oil changed waited over an hour. When they informed me that it wasn't going to take long. I get in my car to find out the oil life wasn't reset or the sticker about the mileage wasn't placed in my window. So I had to drive back up there for them to finish their job. Only thing I received was "I'm sorry", nothing extra. I will not be comin here again I don't care how close it is.

Called prior to making a 2 hour drive to Nashville that the car my daughter was interested in was still there. Yes - come on up! Make the drive and hmm, not there. Bait and switch. I will share this as often as the opportunity presents itself. Just wasted 4 hours of my day. Bad job Nashville Chrysler Dodge. Really made her first buying experience crappy.

The absolute worst experience I've ever had buying a car. The people were mostly nice over all and admitted to the MANY things that were mishandled and even tried to make it right with a few freebies tossed in, but I would go somewhere else and pay more for a truck before I'd buy one here again. Some things were dishonest in an attempt to side step yet another mishandling of the situation.

I rated them a 1 star, only because 0 star is not an option. This is a crooked dealership with some crooked sales/management people. Possibly not all of them. I called to check vehicle availability. They said they put hand on it. Scheduled appointment for next day, in which I fully intended in paying sticker price for 2014 Honda pilot. They called around lunch today super enthused and making sure I still wanted my appointment and was coming. Those utilizing or plan on utilizing the service department at this dealership BEWARE. Mr. Adams, Ms. T. Kelley and his service team utilize questionable business practices and deliver subpar newbie mechanic quality work. They don't stand behind their work costing you thousands and provide the worst customer service. Do yourself a favor, if your vehicle is under warranty take it to another dealership and if it's not under warranty take your vehicle to a mom and pop facility.
