We had an issue with our van and we were on our way back to Illinois. We stressed to the service department that we were traveling and really needed to get home to our children. They went above and beyond to have our van ready for us as soon as possible. Amazing staff! Thank you!
We had the best of service today. The service department and diesel mechanic's are beyond helpful and fast. From having trouble with our truck through out the night and making it to Nashville we were welcome with open arms for help. Huge shout out to Tonia Emmitt who gave 100% today. I LOVE this dealership. I have never felt more welcomed, relaxed, and happy. As I did here. We were met by José outside who introduced us to Bob. Both Jose and Bob are fabulous. Along with the rest of the employees. I never once felt pressured into buying a vehicle. We were allowed plenty of time to look, climb into, drive, and go vehicle to vehicle.
