Their service department is a complete joke! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE TO BE SERVICED! We've brought our Dodge in to be fixed 4 times for the same issues and they have yet to fix the original problem! I've called to speak to the manager, left a message, went up there and NO ONE has fixed the issue. The manager has yet to call me back and is conveniently out of office for a week when they are trying to charge us another $400 to diag a problem that we've been dealing with for almost 3 months!!! After a month of my less than 2 year old hybrid Pacifica van being in the service department, I finally got the call that my vehicle was fixed and ready to be picked up. I hurriedly drove the 45 minutes to Freeland only to discover that the air conditioner was in fact STILL inoperative and the check engine light was still on AND there was a huge yellow stain on the driver’s seat. Horrible experience! Our issues with this place are endless. Long story short, they prematurely sold us a used car without the full inspection of what needed to be serviced. When test driving it and checking it out, we thought it only needed new brakes as did the salesman. It has been absolutely nothing but a plethora of excuses and pointing of fingers from one department to the next. Everyone “goes out of town” or is “in a meeting” and can supply zero answers. I had a terrible experience here. Went in to trade in my truck for another truck. And after we negotiated for several hours on my trade in value. We finally came to an agreement and I was given the paperwork to take to my bank. I drove to the Bank (20 minutes away) and was going over paperwork before I went in and they had added the extra they had said they was gonna give for my trade onto the price of the truck I was wanting to purchase. this is the worst dealership ever. brand new vehicle has issues that require multiple days to fix. they won't provide a car . all under warranty. DO NOT BUY HERE Update: General manager called to say let us fix this. Nice..... except service advisor called an hour later to negate everything thr GM said. But still wants me to remove this

Purchased my 2015 ram 1500 on December 11th, 2020. Immediately was taken back to the service department due to me finding a broken lug stud on the test drive. Was called on December 14th and told the truck was ready for pick up. Drove truck till December 17th when the wheel they replaced the lug studs on almost fell off going down the road due to improper torque of the lug nuts. We bought a new White Jeep Grand Cherokee 80th Anniversary on 6-7-21. The salesman knew the Uconnect for the vehicle we had purchased had been registered to someone else (I don’t know why). He did not tell us this before we purchased the vehicle. He waited until we got ready to drive back home 3.5 hrs, therefore I we still don’t have access to the Uconnect and we have been in contact we the salesman since the purchase and he still hasn’t resolved this issue.
