I have never been more frustrated with any place as I am with this one. The customer service is horrible, attitudes from employees we you call just to check on a vehicle that your spending money for them to fix. The icing is they have had my truck now for two weeks to correct an issue I already spent $ 2000.00 for them to have already fixed. Worst Dodge dealership ive ever had the misfortune to deal with. After I picked out a car, agreed on their FULL price on the internet did all the credit and thought id bought a car, they told me the car was not for sale. Then the same car appears back on the internet 5 minuets later at a much higher price. They're apparently not worried about selling vehicles here. I walked around the showroom, looked at the three vehicles they had inside about 4 times. Nobody ever greeted me. Walked out the side door and looked at the jeeps, walked past a salesman who held the door for me, still never even greeted. Walked back inside and looked at the three showroom vehicles again, made eye contact with the receptionist 3 times, she never acknowledged my presence. Ppl were friendly. Just needed tire fixed it was off the van already took them 2 hours to get it in the shop an when it finally came out 2 hours later it looked like my van had been totally ransacked! I am on vacation but,my van was neat. Very glad they are not my local dealership! All I can say is I won't be back!
