Great experience. I had a coupon for oil change. Friendly staff. I wish your prices for regular maintenance work was similar to local mechanic shops. I had two issues to address but the local mechanic shop completed them at half the cost. I wish your prices were more affordable because I would prefer to have one place work on my car. I always receive wonderful service but the price of parts/labor doesn't allow me to use El Cerrito Honda as often as I like to in addressing cat issues.

I recently took my car in for repair at Honda El Cerrito. I saw Service Advisor Andrew Gomez. He is friendly, helpful, trustworthy, and VERY knowledgeable. He patiently answered all of my questions in detail and made sure that I understood everything. He made me feel comfortable. I didnt feel pressured or rushed at all. Im very pleased with his service and professionalism. He is a straightforward person to deal with and that makes me want to continue going there in the future.
