Was tricked into paying $3k more than agreed to I left this dealership feeling great. Dino and Wayne I thought were helping me and getting me the best deal. We agreed to $21950 for a Kia Niro lx which was a good deal. I by mistake was more concerned with my payment amount than the sale price. Plus. They both had me comfortable and trusting them. 2016 Kia Soul?? Been looking at many different Kia dealers, and this one caught my attention. 2016 Kia Soul for $1.00 down and $199.00 per mo. and you own it. Well after looking at their car selections, specifically the 2016 Kia Souls, there are none. So whats the deal? Bait and switch? Change your web site specials, it extremely deceptive. Not sure if I will go any further with my search at this dealer. Might even be worse than Fucillo Kia.
Service Scheduled service, told I had rust on rotors. Told it would be 2 hours. It is now 3 house later and a total of 4 hours since my appointment time. 4 hours to turn rotors is excessive, not happy.
Watch Out For The Extended Warranty Salesperson!! Be Careful I saw an ad for a Kia Soul for $199 per month. Went to the dealership and picked out a 2016 (not a 2017) Kia Soul and the payment came out to $288 per month with a credit rating of 717 which is good. After talking the Extended Warranty Salesperson - I ended up with an extended servicing warranty that brought the payment to $354/month. rude service and wont cover a warranty issue My daughter has a 2015 KIA forte with 27k miles om it . Her antenna on top the car fell off while driving . I told her to go to the KIA store in Daytona and they will fix it ( thinking it has a warranty ) that's what i was told when we bought it . Games After test driving a car from them and trying to get the out the door price (for two day) I was told by my salesman over the phone that he could not give me the out the door price because it was confidential between me and the sales manager. At first I thought that he was joking but then realized that this guy was for real. After finally making a deal on the price the finance manager told me that in order to get the APR quoted that I would have to purchase an extended warranty from them. Sevice I have a nail in my tire and my tire is not holding air. I took my car to the service shop. Day 1, they don't carry the tire. A Kia that doesn't carry Kia tires. Day 2, ordered the wrong tire after sitting an hour and a half waiting. I took the tire repair warranty for the better deal when I got my car, so it's pointless to go somewhere else. I Go back in a week since it will take 3 days to get the tire in and I work the hours they are opened. Now I'm driving around with a tire that doesn't hold air.
Horrible Experience I went in to buy a car during one of their "Sales". The salesman that i delt with was in from out of state to Liquidate their inventory. I told him what I wanted and I had done an application online. He got my info and showed me a used Honda (which i had told him I wanted a new kia) The sales person was very weird and awkward and I did not like dealing with him at all. promotion contest a farse!! Received a promotion contest in the mail. One of those scratch off the circle to see what you won!! It showed I won prize #5 which was $1000! I red every word of the card, no purchase required. Again $1000, NOT up to $1000. Said call in to claim prize. Guy on phone asked for pin # under my name, I gave it to him. He says 'congratulations, you're a winner!!", and "the top 3 prizes have not been claimed yet" and to come in to see what my prize would be!
