I bought the telluride, even though I was just looking I was just looking, but I ended up buying the Telluride. Floor manager kept offering better pricing. Sorry I don't remember his name. Cliff was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and showed us all around. He went over all of the features, and boy was it a lot. I just love the suv.
Daytona Kia & personnel all very knowledgable, honest, efficient, & friendly. Recommend totally to friends & family. We were very leery, but to our pleasant surprise was quick, Brian found us exact vehicle to fit our needs. He has since than helped me with vehicle options. :)
Satisfying My experience with the service department continues to give me a very thorough inspection. They showed me dirty interior filters that should be replaced add gave me the choice. This was additional observations on top of doing just my oil change which was all I went in for. Good service techs.

Very happy! This is the first time I've owned a Kia, and I wasn't sure what to expect service-wise. You see, for the past decade or so, I had been subject to, and used to inefficient and rude service at the car dealership I used to go to, before I bought this car. Oil change Quick service,nice people. My service rep."Joe Clark" was pleasant and knowledgeable. I was met as soon as I arrived. The car wash was also a bonus.
Can't go wrong! We purchased our last 2 Sorentos at Daytona Kia. We are very happy with the service center. So much so that we drive 140 miles (roundtrip) to have our car serviced. We could go closer to home (and have), but the customer service can't be beat. Thank you Daytona Kia!
oil change/cooling fan Joe had the mechanics solve the fan problem (relay) & found trouble with cv joints that needed to be repaired right away for safety. He provided a loaner car until repairs could be completed.
Great Experience Bought a 2020 Telluride SX from the dealership. Devin made the experience great, by finding some savings I did not expect. Will return for my next vehicle!
