Matt was very helpful and not pushy answered all question. It was easy to get to. Everyone was friendly, Matt was very helpful not pushy, was on;y there to see if I wanted to upgrade to my 3rd KIA Soul and Matt answered all questions..I upgraded !!
it was ok. I was given a friendly welcome. the representative gave me all the details of what needed to be done. i received the car back promptly and the car drives well.

Oil change and inspection Joe and the Daytona KIA service department get the job done quick and efficiently. I still want KIA to drop the KIA logo and go to their symbol logo. And I am very irritated that KIA did not make a 2020 Optima with anything other than Black. KIA the corporation is dumb they need to call me for advice. Daytona KIA, the dealership, is great, you can get a good deal with them if you like black interior and their service department is superior.
Excellent customer service No pressure sale up front. Staff is great. Sales manager was upfront. Cliff showed me everything on the car. Would recommend them to friends and family.
"Sales" Experience Was Good, "Finance" Experience Was Not Salesman (Rob) was very good and the "Sales" experience was good. "Finance" experience was horrible. We had to wait over an hour and a half, after our deal was approved, to get in to see the Finance representative and ours was a straight cash deal that took all of 10-15 minutes.
