Warranty work I had purchased my certified Sorrento in November. The AC went out 1 week later. Due to a death in the family, we couldn't get the car until January the 6th. Joe and the parts team were great and waited until we could finally leave the car for a few days. Their service is great, prompt and they are very courteous.
Purchased a 2020 Telluride SX. The 2020 Telluride SX that we purchased sold itself. As great as the car is, the experience there was even better. Bought a lot of vehicles in my life, but never from this dealer. Our salesman Henry was great. Very accommodating and professional, no pressure. I bought a used Kia Soul which I mostly love, but there are issues. My salesman was friendly,kind,and accommodating. Scratches on it, which were fixed by the service dept. excellent! The cellphone sync hand free doesn’t work consistently. I was told by the service department it only works with an apple phone which I own. Since buying the car, A cigarette smell is in the car and not going away, I don’t smoke. I have 5 air fresheners in the car to attempt to rid the car of a lingering cigarette scent.
