Using Daytona Kia service department was a very pleasant experience. Everyone was very nice and helpful and the wait was not long at all. The service people there were very helpful with any questions I had.
Fine place to have your car serviced People are always relatively pleasant and the service dept has been wonderful as far as I'm concerned. I do like my 2016 Kia Forte.

Great Staff and service! As usual great service, comfortable waiting area and awesome staff. My experience at Daytona KIA is always a good one. I wait while they service my car, they offer several amenities while I wait that make the time go by quickly and it is always done when they say it will be done or sooner.
Good service in s timely manner. This dealer has not badgered me about trading for a new car. I liked that I got an appointment in a very timely manner, and it was done on time, with no harassment about supposed extras needed. No nonsense
Always Excellent Service I'm on my 3rd Kia and I've always had a positive experience with regard to service. Joe Clark has been my point-person for service and he's always friendly, takes my concerns seriously, and goes out of his way to help. Went to Daytona Kia to get another key for my used 2019 Kia Soul that I had just purchased there (dealership only had one key for the vehicle). They ordered a key (it took about 4 days) and then I brought the vehicle in to have the key programmed.
Never an Issue Car is always in and out. Washed and cleaned is a Plus.. Never waited to speak to an Adviser they always are out to greet me right away.
