New forte I went in late Thanksgiving eve. They were closing but everyone was freindly. Jake took me on a test ride which went well. Only real complaint is a little more transparency on the price. They sent me a quote and it took a while to get down to that price which they actually beat. Overall real good experience. Wayne and Jake were real good. Really love the vehicle and have recommended the car and dealership to many people

In for scheduled maintenance,oil change/tire rotation. Quick and courteous customer service provided by sales consultant Rodney Rose. Maintenance steps and procedures were thoroughly documented on receipt,waiting area comfortable and clean.
Love My 2020 Kia Soul I stopped by to discuss a possible upgrade of my 2011 Soul, and left with a new 2020!! Jake was courteous and extremely helpful. He worked to help me with my deal without being OVERLY pushy!!

Best service department We went to have a side view mirror replaced. The motor had gone bad. We were in and out in less than an hour. The service team is great, very friendly and helpful.
Complete and thourgh Staff was very though and organized. Took time to answer my questions making sure I understood. Jacob Glandorf was outstanding. When I buy another car I will ask for him.
Very Good. I did not personally bring my Sportage down for service. My significant other did the honors.. I called and I appreciated that they were able to take my car in just a few days.
