Daytons Kia Service is the place to go We showed up at what we thought was our appointed time, however, when we got there Chris Veninga was our service rep. Chris informed us we weren't on the schedule. He asked us how the appointment was made, we did it on line and within the week before we called to check the appointment and was informed that they have been having trouble with that system and no longer use it, but did say he would make., Unfortunately that wasn't done either. Service was ok. Amenities are slowly taken away. (just coffee that tasted like water) tried to use a coupon and service did not grant it because I did not print it out. I always do my service for my vehicles there and they never offer anything good or help the client.
