Very professional - seemed to make sure I was satisfied. My dealings with Rodney was pleasant and professional. He seemed to have my interest at heart. I was happy that I was NOT "UP SOLD". Dealership Good inventory friendly and clean good location overall experience was good. Very helpful in picking out the right vehicle with options that we wanted. As always the warranty is great.
Disappointed I brought my car in for the first oil change. While I was there, I wanted to have a technician look into a slight rattling in the headboard between the sunroof and dome light. When I returned to pick up my car, there were lots of smudge marks all around the dome light. The interior of the car is a really light grey. I was disappointed that more care was not taken to keep this from happening. I informed my service rep who then took it back to have it cleaned up. Replacement part Everything was done as efficiently as possible there. Time consuming but not under his control. Tried to move things along as quickly as possible within his power.

I got almost everythinging I wanted! I hadn't planned on buying from Daytona Kia but they were the only ones in the state that had the model and spec I wanted! The entire process ended up being a great day. I ended up with the car I wanted, the price (after trade) I wanted and the loan % I wanted.
