Excellent service. Excellence service. The employee explain all the process to me. The waiting time was less than an hour. The car was clean. Everything was excellent.
Satisfied Customer Upon arriving at Daytona Kia Service Department a representative immediately met us at our vehicle to address our issue; the repair was in regards to our windshield wiper blades not working correctly. So without any appointment or advanced notice, a tech was called up and he came out and immediately fixed the problem with the vehicle still in the service lane. Great experience! Friendly people! Very fast service. From the time I drove on the lot in my old vehicle to the time I left in my new Optima was only two hours. Would have been shorter but I decided to test drive it twice!
