My wife and I purchased two new KIA Niros in October and brought them in for their 1st service (consecutively). The vehicles were ready on time or a little early. For the first one no one stayed and the second my son stayed in the service waiting area. The process was very efficient from the time I called to make the appointments, to the immediate greeting as I arrived and the 5 minutes or so to finalize when each vehicle was ready. Our sales representative, Devin was friendly, knowledgeable, and very courteous. They made the buying experience easy and we would recommend this dealership without any hesitation.
I did enjoy the service that I received at this KIA dealership. Courteous and efficient in all matters. The understanding between myself and the dealer was not understandable in the beginning and We had to rework the paperwork. But it was resolved in the end.
Efficient, friendly, knowledgeable Henry Shaheed was such an amazing salesman. He took care of me with kit gloves. He did all that he could to make buying my new Kia Optima a pleasure. He succeeded abundantly. I will be a Kia customer for life thanks to Henry.
