The Old Switch-A-Roo Had been in an accident and needed another car. I've always wanted a Kia Soul and decided to see what I could get. Great experience Excellent customer service, very informative. I would likely recommend. Dino was very enjoyable to work with and Chris Dupont is a wealth of information and was very helpful with setting up and explaining the multi media system.

Buying Experience Great customer service from Richard and Devin. Kieth was good but not completely knowledgeable. There was a problem with the pricing at check-out, but the error was eventually resolved. Seemed to be due to the two different formats of pricing and deduction. I would suggest that the sale should include a complete familiarization of the car so the customer/buyer would know how to access and use all the “bells and whistles” including ApplePlay, UVO and internet access to Kia.com.
A very warming and inviting atmosphere. Everyone was pleasant and made good eye contact when speaking. I'm very excited I chose this dealership again.
