Disappointed in the follow up on agreed upon accessories I purchased my Sorrento more than a month ago. I have called and stopped by twice to follow up and to no avail, my request goes resolved. This is my 3rd vehicle from your dealership and the quality is why I keep coming back. However, my disappointment for the lack of detail follow up has only added to the stress due to the Pandemic we all are experiencing these last two months.

Dealership got my scheduled appointment on time and kept me informed of the timeframe. Also the tech went ahead and took care of a recall. Car was cleaned and vacuumed when I got it back. Also the safe work practices were put into place for my protection and the staff due to Covid19. Thank you Daytona Kia

Great experience! I was greeted right away. The oil was changed and tires rotated in about 45 minutes. The car looked super when they washed it also! Chris Dupont was very friendly through the process.
Had appointment for window tinting. Technician was on time, and installation was clean and done as requested. Dealer also had our car washed and vacuumed for us. Always a great experience here.

Ended up getting out of debt with my car, the car a bought is almost same only a 2026 and much more affordable! Also know that it has been in accident though car fax. They are mKing an appointment to fix drivers side hinge. So far I’m loving the car. But I do need the book for 2016. Car. I h thought Ross had one in. He ended up taking my other book but this is different. As no back up screen not sure how every works. But need to hear from someone about fixing hinge thank you
