Scheduled service It was smooth and convenient, on time, no unnecessary waiting. Everyone was courteous. I was a bit disappointed that not all employees or other customers were wearing masks. Fortunately the lobby is large enough, and there were few enough of us to social distance for those who chose to.
My oil and filter change I was there for my engine oil and filter change and my service adviser Chris Veninga said that according to my service record I was due a tire rotation and while my Sorento was being serviced the mechanics found that I needed new cabin air filters, I was very thankful for their complete inspection process.
Excellent service. The waiting time was minimal. The car only had a damaged sensor and they replaced it. They explained everything to me in detail. I am very satisfied with the service.
We got exactly what we needed! Enjoyed the experience. Dino did a fantastic job! We never felt pressured and will return the next time we need a vehicle. Thank you for not being pushy!

Good service Daytona Kia by far is one of the best dealerships around. Quick service and on time, friendly staff. Service department is very clean. Snacks appreciated, friendly customer service people who always check with you when they figure out what needs to be done and explain it BEFORE their start the service. I recommend Daytona Kia.
