great warranty Fast, reliable service and always stands by Kia warranties. Once again Kia diagnosed the cars problem immediately and it was resolved under warranty. Next time make sure the mechanic plugs in the exterior power supply so as not to lose the radio presets???

Cliff was a great Sales Rep., was super knowledgeable and convinced me to buy the Soul, well actually the Soul did that but he suggested I check it out! So far I’m loving my new ride!!
Replacement of broken latch in console Polite , helpful, and timely . Nice sitting area with refreshments. Can't understand, however, why they would charge so much for a service on a warrantied Kia with 35,000 miles on it. Almost $300. Unaffordable!
