All of the staff were very helpful in getting me into a nice affordable ride, especially one that I was specifically looking for and with perfect mileage
I needed a door check replaced on my car so I took it to the Kia dealer so I’d get the right part. They did a great job even washed my car, really appreciated that. But I was charged double for the part, I don’t know why, I guess to make a better profit. But I’m happy the repair was done.
Fast, Courteous, and Knowledgble It is always easy to make an appointment online. I am immediately greeted outside and then I speak with my rep. who discusses what needs to be taken care of. My rep., Brandy, was very knowledgeable, patient, and cared about my concerns. I left my car at the service center, and she called within the 2 hour window that she promised to give me an update and let me know that my car would be ready in 30 minutes. The cashier is always super friendly and very efficient!
Daytona Kia was an extremely pleasant experience. The salesman Devon was very pleasant, helpful, and friendly. In fact, all the sales personnel, manager, and financial officer made this a very pleasant experience.
This is MY Kia Dealer Great atmosphere- the staff work well together as a team and kept me informed so I didn't mind waiting for my car to be ready. They even washed it for me. Can't get better than that.
Anna delivered the paperwork and the car she was great to work with and Trish is very happy with the Sorrento and Tom was great

Always Excellent service! Chris Veninga came to my car as soon as I pulled up, he is always helpful and professional, it was just my regular oil change it was done quickly and he kept me informed during my short wait. The waiting room was clean and everyone was social distancing a very comfortable wait.
