My car broke down on a Sunday- I was alone and 14 hours from home! Patrick in the sales department saw me and came over to make sure I was okay. The next day, Patrick called me to let me know he looked into my coverage and thankfully I was under warranty. C.J. In the service department also followed up with me and made sure to check in every day. They had my car done that Thursday. only place to go every time we go to daytona kia, the service is great - fast, reliable, with a smile - and we never have to wait for a service manager. the waiting area is excellent and keeps everyone social distant. the only recommendation i would make is, maybe once a month, having a session on the in-dash information/entertainment console.
