Most dealerships I have visited in the past have nothing but pushy sales people. They take your keys for an evaluation of your trade in, and don't give them back till they hound you to death. NOT this dealership. Absolutely professional and courteous. Tracy went out of her way to find me the right car and every available discount possible to get me the best price. Whenever I come in for service, I'm treated like a person, not a mark. Best dealership and staff I have ever dealt with! I LOVE my CTS!

The only reason my wife and I didnt buy was because I could not qualify. It was a great car, a great deal, and a great salemans. I'll have to travel 160 mile from my home to see him again (visiting city on business) but I'll be glad to do it.

The service staff at AutoWay cadillac was great, especially Mr. Frank Rodelli. He was very professional and pleasant to work with. Usually when dealing with car issues it is very stressful, but Mr. Rodelli made the whole process a positive experience. As a former GM wholesale employe with 33 years experience working with dealers, I was very impressed with Bruce Pileggi in the purchase of my 2010 SRX. He went thru the entire sales process in the most professional and relaxed manner of any sales person I have worked with in the past and that was without prior knowledge of my background. I would recommend both he and Autoway Cadillac to anhyone considering a new vehicle. It should also be noted that my experience with the dealership Service Department has been excellent.
